Purchasing Products
Rosdorf Park® offers lighting, furniture, sofas, beds, mirrors, home accents, and other products for sale through our website and mobile apps. The following terms apply to purchasing products online:
- Product descriptions – We aim to accurately display colors, sizes, materials, features and other product details. However, items may vary somewhat from their description. We cannot guarantee an exact match nor accept returns based solely on product appearance differing from the online images.
- Pricing – Pricing may change without notice. Price listed at time of purchase will apply. Taxes and shipping costs are additional unless otherwise noted. Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
- Availability – Our online inventory is updated regularly but may not reflect real-time availability. We cannot guarantee any product will be in stock at the time of purchase. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and either refund your payment or hold your order until inventory is replenished.
- Shipping – We provide shipping cost estimates at checkout but cannot guarantee the exact cost until an order ships. You authorize us to charge for actual shipping costs incurred. We are not liable for delivery delays once an order leaves our facilities.
- Returns – You may return most unused products in original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Custom, engraved, or special order items are non-refundable. We deduct original outbound shipping costs from refunds. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. See Returns section for full details.
- Payments – We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. All charges are processed securely through encryption and tokenization. At checkout, you represent your ability to pay for your purchase. Your order may be cancelled if payment cannot be processed or is later reversed.

All content and materials on the Rosdorf Park® website and mobile apps, including product images, descriptions, pricing, blogs, graphics, and other materials are copyrighted by Rosdorf Park® or its content suppliers.
